ReelPilot may process names, email addresses, workspace settings and authentication records to provide the service.
Connected services
When enabled, the service may process shared Drive folder references, video metadata and YouTube channel authorization tokens. OAuth tokens must be encrypted and protected in production.
AI processing
Video frames, transcripts or metadata may be sent to the AI provider configured by the workspace. Do not submit content unless you have permission to do so.
Retention and security
Publishing logs, usage records and account data may be retained for operational and security purposes. The operator must define retention periods, deletion workflows and applicable legal rights.
